What is the MOQ?

Regular custom MOQ is 3000 pcs, OEM (private label) MOQ is 1000 pcs, subject to process & size.

Can you provide samples?

Yes. Paid samples available before bulk order to confirm material & print; sample fee refundable against mass production.

What customization do you accept?

We support custom production from your artwork and full-package service, providing complete OEM/ODM.

Payment terms?

T/T supported, typically 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy, negotiable.

Lead time?

Regular orders 15-25 days, subject to confirmed artwork & production schedule.

Can you issue invoice?

Yes, we can issue 13% VAT special invoice.

Certifications?

Factory certified with ISO9001, WCA, Intertek etc., full certifications, supports client factory audit.
